By buying, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and there's nothing hidden in them.
A digital bundle of three ebooks in PDF format, a printable PDF scorecard, and a spreadsheet. There is no physical product and nothing will be posted to you.
You need a device that can open PDF files, and a spreadsheet application for the calculator. It opens in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider — we never receive or store your card details.
Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed and your download is made available.
Download access is provided immediately after payment, and a link is emailed to the address you give at checkout.
If your download doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us. We'll send it manually. You will not be charged twice, and you won't lose access because of a delivery problem at our end.
If within 30 days of purchase you don't believe the books will make you back many times what you paid, email us and we'll refund you in full.
You don't need to fill in a form, return anything, or explain yourself. Just ask.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within five business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.
Once refunded, your licence ends and you should delete your copies.
Our guarantee above is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where any part of these terms would do so, that part does not apply.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials.
